Baltic Power OWF – Framework Agreement – March 2025 to Present – Client Representation Services – (Poland)
This Framework Agreement establishes a structured, scalable, and technically robust approach for the provision of Client Representation Services to support the Baltic Power Offshore Wind Farm Project. It is designed to ensure consistent quality, effective governance, and technical assurance across all phases of offshore and associated onshore activities.
Scope of Work
Under this Framework Agreement, dedicated and experienced Client Representatives are deployed to safeguard the Client’s interests, ensure contractual compliance, and support project execution in line with industry best practices and project-specific procedures. Key elements include:
- Familiarisation and Procedural Alignment – onboarding Client Representatives with project-specific procedures, HSE standards, and reporting requirements to ensure seamless integration.
- Participation in Project Meetings – attending project kick-offs, hazard and technical meetings, and other relevant sessions to provide input and support informed decision-making.
- Offshore Representation and Quality Control – monitoring offshore operations, verifying compliance with contractual and technical requirements, and providing real-time feedback to ensure high-quality execution.
- Project Management and Logistical Coordination – centralised coordination of offshore rotations, logistics, and resource planning to maintain continuity and efficiency.
- Scalable Consultancy Support – flexible provision of ad hoc consultancy services, adaptable to the size, complexity, and duration of specific project phases.
By implementing this Framework Agreement, the Client benefits from a robust, efficient, and technically assured approach to Client Representation, supporting the safe, compliant, and successful delivery of the Baltic Power Offshore Wind Farm Project.
