Major Offshore Wind Projects 2026-2027
SPIE Wind Connect is entering a period of significant expansion. With several major offshore wind contracts secured for 2026 and 2027, we are growing our teams and actively recruiting experienced professionals across multiple disciplines.
We are looking for skilled professionals with a minimum of one year of offshore experience to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of a diverse range of upcoming projects.
Current Opportunities:
- Work Team Managers & Supervisors: Experienced leaders with a strong focus on safety, performance, and offshore delivery.
- Client Representatives (Turbine & Transmission Background): Professionals with proven experience in turbine and transmission environments who can confidently interface with clients and project teams.
- HV Technicians – 66k: Experience with Nexans, Pfisterer, and TE systems is essential.
- FO Technician: Qualified in fibre cabling, including OTDR testing and certification.
- HV/FO Assistant: Skilled in slinging/signalling, rigging, enhanced first aid, cable stripping, routing, handling, and tablet-based QA systems.
- Stores & Logistics Personnel: Offshore-experienced professionals with strong competence in Microsoft applications and inventory/logistics coordination.
