SPIE Wind Connect is honoured to have achieved the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Silver Award in recognition of our ongoing commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant.
What is the ERS
The ERS encourages employers to support the armed forces community and inspire others to do the same. It includes Bronze, Silver, and Gold awards, which recognise organisations that pledge, demonstrate, or advocate support for Defence personnel and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.
Our Commitment
SPIE Wind Connect remain fully committed to supporting the defence community and regularly participate in Armed Forces career fairs to support career transitions, discuss opportunities within the company, and highlight transferable skills relevant to roles in the business.
Additionally, we support candidates through initial Global Wind Organisation (GWO) training and medical assessments via the Greenskills program, enabling smooth entry into wind industry careers with essential qualifications.
